I consult solely for the owners, presidents, CEOs and Managing Partners of closely held, mid-market companies. I function as a coach and consultant, combining both roles in a unique approach to helping my clients determine their preferred direction and executing it according to a comprehensive plan.
I work nationally as an Exit Planner for businesses in succession or transition, utilizing my own proprietary process for the successful transfer of a business according to my client’s objectives.

South Texas
Locally, I built the most successful Chapter of The Alternative Board® in the world. The Alternative Board® (TAB) is an international organization of business owners who meet monthly to improve their businesses. 
I founded the San Antonio chapter in 1997, and grew it to the number one chapter by enrollment by the end of 1998, a title that San Antonio held for the next 12 consecutive years.
I limit my consulting practice to working with business owners and their direct reports. I teach the MPN Developing Manager Program to middle executives in TAB member companies. I am also a certified NRS trainer, teaching the Noise Reduction System® of Second-In-Command learning as a licensee of LGL Business Solutions, the educational arm of “Make the Noise Go Away” author Larry G. Linne.
I run TAB with five dedicated staff members, six certified facilitator/coaches and two additional franchise owners. I am a Certified Business Intermediary, and represent South Texas companies in marketing and sales to third parties.
In addition, I am a business speaker and presenter to professional and trade organizations in the area. Combining my personal business experiences and thousands of hours of consulting, I consistently strive to deliver valuable and timely information to the South Texas business community.
